Pealit Tree

In all its sparkling splendour this evergreen oak was dressed by the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh's team of arborists.

They care for all the trees at the Botanics and climb the equivalent of Ben Nevis every month of the year. This tree is a country champion in Scotland for its remarkable girth.
